We are the founders, owners and leaders of alARo, and SilverBox IT.
We both studied computing, I.T. and systems.
Our passion is applying technology to deliver value and benefits across a wide range of businesses, enterprises and educational environments.
Over the last twenty years we have been transforming businesses and corporations to improved levels of performance and results by applying new technologies in a structured, quantified and professional way.
Our very original focus was applying systems and hardware to enable companies to better manage their key business functions and processes. We transformed companies by integrating systems, processing and storing data securely and developing software solutions for employees to visualise, manage and improve the performance of the company. Our company SilverBox IT focuses on these technology areas.
alARo extends these capabilities by focusing on applying and utilising the latest visual technologies like 3D, AR, VR and MR to further transform business’,people’s performance and their lives.
As joint founders and owners our roles are very different. Mariusz focuses on understanding the business challenge, the opportunities and how we could apply, design and integrate different technologies to deliver a solution. Sylwester develops and engineers effective and fit for purpose solutions. Together our partnership fits well.
